The Mudhugger EVO Bolt-On was introduced in 2021 and developed with the help of DH World Cup and EWS racers. It was designed around the latest FOX 36/38 and RockShox ZEB models to avoid the problem of the crown hitting the mudguard at full compression that other mudguards suffer from. It is also stiffer than the original design and offers more mud clearance. The length of the short version is tuned to be just long enough to give enough protection in all but the most extreme conditions, while being a little more rigid. A subtle kicker improves spray protection. Rear extension is 255 mm, with 105 mm at the front.
The Mudhugger EVO Bolt-On is compatible with many fork models but might require a specific adapter kit to fit. Please see the compatibility chart for reference and contact us if your fork is not yet listed. Bolt holes in the back of the fork arch are a requirement, otherwise use the EVO Zip-Tie version.
